What's in Gena Lee Nolin's Beauty Cabinet

BY Nora Burba Trulsson and Lauren Swanson | May 9, 2017 | Feature Features

Personal struggles made this model, actress and author stronger than ever.

When it comes to staying fit, former Baywatch star Gena Lee Nolin believes consistency is key. “I’ve been doing the same routine of exercises for 15 years: core, treadmill, light weights and high reps.” After enduring two decades with undiagnosed thyroid disease, the Scottsdale native became passionate about advocacy. In 2013, she released her book, Beautiful Inside and Out: Conquering Thyroid Disease With a Healthy, Happy, ‘Thyroid Sexy’ Life ($16, Simon & Schuster). Now back with Ford Modeling Agency, Nolin is ready to conquer the world one step at a time, starting with maintaining her health. “I always keep moving,” she says, “[either] walking when the weather is nice or hitting the gym when it’s hot.”
