Modern Luxury Scottsdale and Scottsdale Ferrari partnered to throw a launch party quite unlike any other. At a private hangar, guests not only got their first glimpse at the March/April Spring Fashion and Home Issue, but also experienced the long-awaited Scottsdale debut of LaFerrari. Production of the hybrid sports car will be limited to just 499 models, with each one expected to cost $1.7 million.

Among the car enthusiasts in attendance were friends of Modern Luxury Scottsdale and Ferrari, including Jerry and Judy Adams, Jon Poetzl, Erik Peterson, Laura Lucky and family, and Dave Wallace.

THE SCENE The affair was a feast for the senses, with florals by Avant-Garde; plush lounge seating by Themers; passed appetizers, a pasta station, prime rib, bacon-wrapped pancetta and cupcakes all by Jennifer’s Catering; vibrant red uplighting; and the Ferrari logo illuminated by Latest Craze Productions. A DJ kept energy levels high, taking a break only when it was time for FORD Robert Black models to tug away the crimson sheet for the big reveal. The party certainly satisfied in every way! -Photos by Haute Photography
