Chefs Beau MacMillan and Mark Tarbell emceed the Harvest Moon Dinner, a delicious evening at PHX Renews to benefit the Careers Through Culinary Arts Program. Dinner chair JoAnn Holland, C-CAP founder Richard Grausman and Arizona C-CAP director Jill Smith, also had hands in the affair, featuring courses created by alumni Jared Porter, Matt Fenton and Theres Hill; cocktails by Micah Olson; and hors d’oeuvres by students. Auctioneer Letitia Frye fielded bids for a chef’s coat worn and signed by Arizona Cardinal Larry Fitzgerald (who attended!). And Mayor of Phoenix Greg Stanton shared remarks on the culinary arts. What a flavorful fete! –Photos by Haute Photography
