Designer Jeffrey Alan Marks and Progress Lighting launched Point Dume, a 38-piece collection that pays homage to Marks’ roots in Southern California. “I was raised on the West Coast and live there today, so the natural beauty of California inspires all my design work, whether it be furniture design, textiles or lighting,” says Marks. Launched at the Dallas International Lighting Market, the collection’s pendants, chandeliers, wall sconces and ceiling fixtures transfer elements of shimmering surf in glass, and weathered terrain in brushed and galvanized metals. Three distinct finishes were developed solely for this collection, including Marks’ signature pale gray-blue shade of Maliblue. Lamps Plus, 9020 E. Indian Road, Scottsdale
