The Party
Chefs Beau MacMillan, Chris Mayo, Gio Osso and James Porter grilled up savory dishes in the newly remodeled showroom at the Sizzle & Savor event, hosted by Sub-Zero and Wolf and Scottsdale magazine. Guests alternated between browsing the incredible kitchen vignettes and trying bites by every chef, including an impressive spread by Jennifer’s Catering.
The People
Usually having more than one master chef in a kitchen can be problematic, but in this case, it was a good thing. There to experience all the chefs’ sizzle over the course of the evening were Tony Sutton, Esther Boivin, Michael and Laura Levenberg, Josh Zuniga, Jaime Radow, and Ardi and Maral Jorjani.
The Scene
Eye candy included McLaren vehicles parked outside as guests entered, plus models wearing treasures by Hamra Jewelers who meandered throughout the crowd. It was an easy, carefree evening, with complimentary valet by Desert Parking and flowing sips by Vektor Vodka.
