Graham Elliot of Master Chef to Participate in AZCentral Food & Wine Experience

| July 10, 2015 | Calendar

Graham Elliot, star of FOX TV’s Master Chef, Food Network Television’s Craziest Restaurants in America and Chicago restaurateur [Graham Elliot Bistro] will participate both days of this fall’s signature Food & Wine Experience presented by Cadillac Sat. & Sun., Nov. 7 & 8.

Elliot, who also is an avid music fan, will be involved in cooking demonstrations on the Monark SubZero/Wolf Stage, a private dinner and more, and likely make an appearance at Aperitif, the event’s after-dark party.

In addition, Angie and Ruth McCartney, of Mrs. Angie McCartney’s Teas, will appear at the event in a private tea-infused experience and book-signing, mixed with rarely heard personal stories of The Beatles and famous contemporaries -- before and after they rose to global fame. The duo is stepmother and stepsister, respectively, of legendary musician Paul McCartney.

Also on board is Arizona resident and social media sensation Jenn Bare of who is equally known for her mega-dose of 1.4 million ‘Likes’ on Facebook. Bare is the number one slow cooking resource online offering an abundance of recipe options.

Meanwhile, more than 25 Arizona chefs are on board to participate in Food and Wine Experience, positioned in a fully tented environment on the exterior footprint of Scottsdale Fashion Square immediately north of Macy’s.

The luminous list of Arizona culinary talent to date already is impressive, including James Beard Award winners Robert McGrath, host of Eight’sCheck, Please! Arizona [Arizona PBS]; Christopher Gross of Christopher’s Restaurant & Crush Lounge; and Nobuo Fukuda of Nobuo at Teeter House.
