From fresh seafood to hand-carved meats and housemade desserts, these Valley restaurants are offering elevated Easter brunches.

While imbibing endless mimosas, Bloody Marys and soft drinks, indulge in fresh pastries and breads, seasonal cheeses, sliced-to-order prime beef, fresh omelettes and waffles, sushi towers and a cascading shellfish bar with chilled crab, lobster, shrimp and oysters. The dessert station will feature individual sizes of their signature warm butter cake, cheesecake, sin cake and housemade sweets only available for brunch. Hold for credit card required, 9AM-2PM, $95 per adult, $25 for children ages 6-12 including beverage, and complimentary for children under 6, reservations highly recommended, 8852 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, 480.585.9500

The Grill Kitchen and Bar
The Boulders Resort & Spa will be hosting a Champagne brunch with live music and a visit from the Easter bunny. Served in the Grill Kitchen and Bar, enjoy a farm-fresh egg and omelet station; a bacon station with homemade varieties and horse belly; iced seafood including shrimp, oysters, poke and ceviche; and a fry bread station with local honey, powdered sugar, smoked salmon and oaxaca cheese. After dining on a balsamic grilled rack of lamb or salt block seared diver scallops with charred sweet corn and piquillo relish, save room for sweet desserts. From 11AM until 4PM, $78 per adult, $30 for children 12 and under, 34631 N. Tom Darlington Drive, Carefree, 480.488.7353
