Mastro’s Steakhouse
While there are three Mastro’s Restaurants in Scottsdale, only the original Mastro’s Steakhouse in North Scottsdale is serving its Grand Buffet for Easter brunch this year. While imbibing endless mimosas, Bloody Marys and soft drinks, indulge in fresh pastries and breads, seasonal cheeses, sliced-to-order prime beef, fresh omelettes and waffles, sushi towers and a cascading shellfish bar with chilled crab, lobster, shrimp and oysters. The dessert station will feature individual sizes of their signature warm butter cake, cheesecake, sin cake and housemade sweets only available for brunch. The Grill Kitchen and Bar
The Boulders Resort & Spa will be hosting a Champagne brunch with live music and a visit from the Easter bunny. Served in the Grill Kitchen and Bar, enjoy a farm-fresh egg and omelet station; a bacon station with homemade varieties and horse belly; iced seafood including shrimp, oysters, poke and ceviche; and a fry bread station with local honey, powdered sugar, smoked salmon and oaxaca cheese. After dining on a balsamic grilled rack of lamb or salt block seared diver scallops with charred sweet corn and piquillo relish, save room for sweet desserts. The Farm at South Mountain
The Farm at South Mountain invites families to an al fresco brunch held in their pecan grove. The seasonally fresh menu includes zesty salads, applewood smoked bacon and farm sausage, grilled herb chicken drizzled with a lemon-basil buerre blanc, an omelet station, slow braised shredded beef short ribs and a sweets table, complete with Flaming Donuts, strawberry shortcake and chewy gluten-free brownies. The Easter Bunny will also be making an appearance and families can play yard games from The Farm Kitchen under the trees.
