THE PARTY Celebrities—including Larry Fitzgerald’s Arizona Cardinals teammates—doubled as waiters, serving up a four-course meal at Dominick’s Steakhouse while guests enjoyed a magic show at the Grand Illusion-themed evening. The event and auction raised more than a whopping $575,000 for The Larry Fitzgerald First Down Fund, which benefits numerous organizations that work with kids to promote reading and close the technology gap. In honor of Fitzgerald’s mother, the foundation also benefits organizations that support cancer survivors. THE GUESTS Lions and tigers and celebrities and pro-athletes—oh, my! To name a few—Larry Fitzgerald Sr., Carson Palmer, coach Bruce Arians, Tom Lehman, Marshall Faulk, Roger Kingdom and Seth Joyner THE HIGHLIGHTS The Mastro brothers, owners of Dominick’s Steakhouse, personally underwrote the evening’s menu. The entertainment, which included stilt walkers and illusionist Darcy Oake, wowed guests.
