At the Scottsdale hotspot, The Saguaro, local influencers gathered to dine on a special three-course menu created to pair perfectly with champagnes from the house of Veuve Clicquot in celebration of the national launch of Veuve Clicquot’s cross country tour, Clicquot en Route. Guests were welcomed by the Clicquot en Route truck parked outside of the venue before heading into the dining room to enjoy flutes of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, a #ClicquotMail photo booth and small passed bites before dinner. Local influencers and socials dined at a long table lined with Veuve Clicquot-yellow succulents and candles.

The menu consisted of traditional Southwestern dishes paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Veuve Clicquot Non-Vintage Rosé, and Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec. For the first course, guests enjoyed a chilango chop salad with corn, black beans, avocado, watercress and tomato cumin vinaigrette paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. For the main dish, guests dined on three specialty tacos including a pulled pork, shrimp and mahi mahi taco, which complemented the flavors of the Non-Vintage Rosé. Ending on a sweet note, guests enjoyed a dulce de leche pastel paired with Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec. Adorned in Veuve Clicquot’s iconic yellow hue, the Clicquot en Route truck will be delivering exciting surprises to over 20 cities across the nation from June to October. -Photos Courtesy of Veuve Clicquot.
