Perched on the second floor of the Scottsdale Airport Aviation Business Center, Volanti offers unparalleled views of nearby mountain ranges and planes taking off and landing. To pair with the stunning vistas, diners can feast American fare with a dash of global influence to accommodate international travelers, says co-founder Dee Dee Maza. Menu items include inventive salads, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches and double-fried French fries. The bar pours specialty cocktails, beer and wine. Crow’s Dairy, Hickman’s Family Farms and Scotchdale are some of the local products you’ll find here. Formerly known as lunch-only Zulu, Volanti relaunched last November as an elevated full-service restaurant. Little details like fresh flowers sitting on every table make for a charming experience.
