We love Scottsdale and Old Town’s charm. It felt like home when we visited the area for the first time,” says Brent Hugus, owner of eggersmann Scottsdale. “The market here values upscale and custom design, which we are excited to offer.” The more than 3,000-square-foot showroom features three fully functioning kitchens, a walk-in wardrobe room and living spaces filled with custom furniture by Sophisticated Living. “We have a lot of our innovative products designed into the showroom, such as a sliding countertop and our work’s 360-turn cabinet,” says Hugus. Clients are now able to set up an appointment and visit the showroom in person to experience a modern take on updating their space. Here, Hugus shares a few highlights showcased on the showroom floor.

Tell us about the kitchen display highlights. The eggersmann Scottsdale team created three fully functioning kitchens for all to come test and enjoy. Such innovations include stone-faced cabinets, a sliding countertop, a 360-degree turning pantry unit, our exclusive drawer accessory system, hidden appliances, electronic doors and touch-to-open cabinets. A visionary mix textures was used in one display—a unique Bianco Nuvola leather-finish stone island and backsplash are surrounded by graphite-black veneer pocket doors and high-gloss white wall cabinets.

What are the best features of the home living display? Sit back and relax in the showroom’s home living display featuring a custom TV unit with a hidden liquor bar behind a bronze satin-glass door and an open shelving unit. Fabric-faced doors and eucalyptus drawers conceal additional storage. This warm, on-trend look provides places to store electronics, games, blankets and all the other essentials to enjoy life at home.

What wows in the walk-in wardrobe room? Everything one might dream of in a luxury closet is on display. The walk-in wardrobe features a hidden safe, a watch-winder display, sunglasses storage, a hidden wine cooler, a leather-wrapped glass countertop with integrated LED lights, pull-down and leather-wrapped clothing rods, boot hangers, a tufted bench, handstitched leather hardware, 10-foot-high glass storage cabinets, integrated hampers and fabric-wrapped jewelry inserts.
