Downtown Scottsdale’s Cowboy Ciao celebrates their 20th anniversary this February with a night of wine and food. The Alumni Dinner featuring a ‘who’s who’ of local chefs and beverage masters. Appearing in owner Peter Kasperski’s restaurants over the past 20 years, some of the featured chefs include Gio Osso (Virtu and Nico), Nobuo Fukuda (Nobuo at Teeter House) and Keenan Bosworth (Pig & Pickle). Big names behind the stick include mixologist Richie Moe and Keifer Gilbert. This lineup of famed local talent will collaborate to present a 5-course meal with beverage pairings for guests.
