Charity Singles Auction Benefits The Care Fund

Imagine your ultimate dream date. A magnificent rooftop dinner overlooking the city lights, followed by a full night of venue hopping with sexy professional salsa dancers till the wee hours of the morning.
“It’s a DATE!” Singles Charity Auction, sponsored by Crosby|Wright, a full-service, integrated marketing agency that specializes in advertising and public relations, will be hosted on Friday night, September 19th. , 2014 at The Mint in Scottsdale. Only the most exclusive professionals in the valley will be present. All attendees will witness the selected singles enticing the highest charity bidders with their unique “dream dates”. All proceeds benefit the Care Fund, a local 501 (c)(3) Arizona non-profit.
“Single professionals are a very engaging, educated and a giving group of individuals, whom we are specifically targeting to become aware of what Care Fund can do to support their own community,” states Cathy Sherwin, Executive Director of the Care Fund.
TRU Match, a local match making singles organization which strives to cut out the “photo dating” niche is working closely with singles to secure their date and potential matches. Lori Anna Harrison, Advisory Member and Publisher of Desert Lifestyles magazine and newly developed Unique Professionals, is helping to promote the event through her various single connections.
“The minute I realized I could meet new professionals around the Valley and it was all being done for such a great cause, I was in,“ said Arman Shields, Broker at Desert Lion Properties. Shields is relatively new to the Valley and prides himself more and his company on buying outdated luxury homes, remodeling with high end surfaces and installations and reselling.
The Care Fund is Arizona’s only foundation that grants mortgage or rent to families with seriously ill or injured children.
The Care Fund will present 25 Valley Singles who will reveal their unique “dream dates” and are up for bid with their date package, going to the highest bidder at the Mint on Friday, September 19th at 7pm. Tickets are a donation of $35 in advance, and $50 at the door. The event is open to the public.
