Hosted by celebrity chefs Mark Tarbell and Beau MacMillan, the 3rd Annual Arizona Harvest Moon Feast is organized by Careers through Culinary Arts Program of Arizona, (C-CAP AZ) and will kick off at 5:30 pm at the Desert Foothills outdoor event venue in North Scottsdale.

At the event, guests will visit food stations manned by dozens of top local chefs and sip on premium cocktails while soaking in the star-filled skies. C-CAP AZ high school students join these Chefs to create custom culinary creations, learn tips and hear expert advice at this invaluable fundraiser to support C-CAP AZ and its programs, which help at-risk high school students enter the culinary arts industry.

C-CAP AZ is celebrating its 25th year of transforming the lives of at-risk high school students through the culinary arts and providing qualified workers for the restaurant and hospitality industry while helping to break the cycle of poverty for its students. In the 2015-2016 academic year, C-CAP AZ served 4,300 students in 50 schools statewide through curriculum enrichment, job training and internships, teacher training, cooking competitions, college and career advising and product and equipment donations for culinary classrooms. In 2015, C-CAP AZ awarded $533,000 in scholarships to students from many school districts across the state.
