Join the Hotel Valley Ho each month as they pair craft brews with hors d'oeuvres and a special three-course menu. Chef Charles Wiley and the brew master will discuss the evening's fare and how the beer is brewed.
In July, we're welcoming Historic Brewing Company of Flagstaff. Enjoy favorites like their Joy Rye'd pale ale with a spicy malt profile and Piehole Porter made with fresh cherries and vanilla beans.
