Esteemed artists, visionaries and media from throughout the country congregated in celebration of the Art of Sound.

THE PARTY The intimate living room of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s Norman Lykes House hosted select media members and a panel of tastemakers from the realm of sound, lighting, art and design with hors d’oeuvres and 360-degree views of the Valley below. After the Q&A session, guests toured the home, followed by sunset cocktails, an indulgent buffet from Conceptually Social and an end-of-evening dance party. THE GUESTS Mike Ware, founder and CEO of LMC Entertainment and visionary behind the Art of Sound; and Livio Cucuzza, Sonus faber’s chief designer—spoke among a panel of industry experts. Famed architects Rick Joy and Wendell Burnette talked shop. Grammy-nominated musician Asher Roth enjoyed the party as both a guest and as a DJ. THE HIGHLIGHTS Industry leaders were presented with the Visionary awards while guests enjoyed immersive experiences throughout, including monochromatic performance artists painted head-to-toe in white and a private sampling of some of the best home audio equipment in the world. -Taylor Transtrum
