BY Lauren Swanson and Riki Altman-Yee | September 23, 2016 | Feature Features

In honor of our new edition of Modern Luxury Interiors Scottsdale, here is this year's rollout of must-see design destinations. Stay tuned for our Kitchen & Bath Issue, on newsstands the first week of October.
Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams at Scottsdale Fashion Square

1. Studio 3125
Studio 3125, a design showroom conceptualized by Italian architect and designer Matteo Caimi, proves even the most traditional Valley home can be transformed. The former warehouse turned hybrid furniture and product showroom is a wonder to behold for industry insiders and homeowners alike, starting with its exhaustive sample source rooms offering everything from custom photo mosaic tiles to stretchy woven outdoor furniture. Expect top-notch European designers, like MDF Italia and Paola Lenti, at very attractive prices. 3125 S. 52nd St., Tempe, 602.225.6644

2. Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams
This new 11,000-square-foot showroom at Scottsdale Fashion Square features soft, modern decor with simple, clean and functional color palettes. 7014 E. Camelback Road, Scottsdale, 480.444.5790

3. A Group Studio
Second- and third-generation Italian artisans use reclaimed European woods—some with romantic origins, like palaces and country homes—to custom-craft one-of-a-kind flooring, furniture and decor. 14666 N. 74th St., Scottsdale, 480.367.0905

4. The Collector’s House
If you’re an aficionado of unique artisan-made decor pieces from around the world, stop by The Collector’s House. The brand new boutique, which will be celebrating its official grand opening the first week of October, carries eclectic treasures, from paintings and sculptures to hand-wrought dinnerware and drinking vessels. You’ll also find exclusive furniture pieces by Alfonso Marina and Verellen. Owner Jamilyn Fournier offers full-service interior design consultation and wedding registries. 8787 N. Scottsdale Road, Ste. 208, Scottsdale, 480.268.9292

5. Design Within Reach
After spending 10 years in the former Valley National Bank in Old Town, the modernist furniture store doubled its space at Scottsdale Quarter late last year. 15050 N. Scottsdale Road, Ste. 180, 480.970.8800

6. CC Patio
Outdoor space in Arizona is arguably just as important as the interior, which is why we were psyched when this luxe custom patio furniture store debuted. Designs evoke that coveted breezy resortstyle contemporary look. 7001 E. McDowell Road, Scottsdale, 480.949.4500

7. Studio41
A Chicago import, this 8,400-square-foot kitchen and bath oasis sports an array of fixtures, cabinetry and hardware. 15551 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop, Airpark District of Scottsdale, 480.999.1575

8. Brown Jordan

Brown Jordan recently set up shop in Scottsdale and boasts 10,000 square feet of pure patio paradise, with everything from sectionals and tables to fire pits and outdoor kitchens. "What's great about Scottsdale," says Stephen Elton, chief brand curator for the high-end furniture brand, "is that people are a little more transient. They have moved here from different areas of the country. So in almost all instances, they are familiar with who we are." Scottsdale Quarter, 1545 N. Scottsdale Road, Ste. K190, Scottsdale, 480.998.1142
