Known for her organic contemporary aesthetic, Katherine Mueller, owner and principal designer of CeTerra Accents & Interiors (ceterrainteriordesign.com), brings her love of nature—developed in her adolescence when she spent her time hiking and biking in the beautiful mountainous surroundings of Flagstaff—with her on each of her interior design projects. “I love natural botanicals, antique accents and blending them with more clean-line furnishings,” she notes. In her showroom, a wide variety of botanicals from natural dried pods and stocks to succulents with a range of colors and sizes to interior trees and natural desert plants can be found on display, but her custom creations make all the difference. Here, she shares what’s trending now.
