Arcadia Meat Market
Led by a partner at Arizona’s only certified grass-fed beef producer and a second-generation master butcher, this new shop is about all-natural, free-range and pasture-raised proteins. Soon guests can expect to take home meatcentric ready-to-bake items like beef stroganoff, meatloaf and lasagna, along with veggies from Blue Sky Farms, but for now, Colorado wagyu tomahawk steaks ($55 per pound) will suffice. 3950 E. Nelson’s Meat + Fish
Though many of its meat offerings bear illustrious labels carnivores carry close to their hearts—namely Nueske’s, Superior Farms and Duroc Heritage—knowing that all the seafood found at Nelson’s has been overnighted straight from the source is of equal importance. Chula Seafood Market

“Responsibly raised. Respectfully butchered” is the calling card at this “whole-animal” butcher shop, where customers get custom cuts of pasture-raised meats from small family farms predominantly in Arizona.
