Launching July 29 in a soon-to-be-announced venue in downtown Phoenix, Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is a dazzling new 360-degree exhibit featuring more than 2,000 larger-than-life digital projections of the 19th century artist’s works set to an exquisite score by Italian multimedia composer Luca Longobardi.

An astounding 60,600 frames of videos, set in more than 500,000 cubic feet of projections, will allow viewers to experience “The Starry Night,” “Sunflowers” and the artist’s myriad self-portraits like never before. “Despite being unknown throughout his life, Van Gogh’s artwork has created a lasting impact through its emotional richness and simple beauty,” says exhibit designer Massimiliano Siccardi. “Both myself and Luca Longobardi are very excited to visit Phoenix and once again bring Van Gogh’s legacy to life in a way that embraces this city’s one-of-a-kind energy.”
